Join the MUSIC MAKES ME HAPPY Chorus in exploring Concord's role in the Abolition era and the Underground Railroad. Sing the spirituals that guided enslaved people to freedom and hear stories of brave Concordians like the Thoreau and Alcott families.

The Concord Players' resident Shakespeare troupe, The World's A Stage Players, presents Macbeth, Shakespeare's domestic horror story. Directed by Nicholas Meunier, this production of the fast-paced, brutal tragedy will focus on the familial trauma at the heart of the play and the disfiguring power of grief. Dec 23 - 24. Don’t miss this joyful celebration of the Icelandic tradition of receiving books on Christmas Eve and spending the night reading. Stop by the bookstore to pick up a free, wrapped book and a packet of hot chocolate. Weather permitting, the books will be outside in Barrow's book carts. In the case of bad weather, books will be available inside the store.

Holiday Pops returns with your favorite tunes, guest artists, and audience sing-alongs. It's sure to be an evening to remember!

Enjoy seasonal favorites at concessions, fun activities for the kids during intermission, and the chance to sing along together in celebration.

Join the Town of Concord for its 4th annual Chanukah Celebration, partnered with Kerem Shalom, Concord DEI, Concord Visitor Center, and Concord Recreation. Enjoy interactive Chanukah songs, crafts, and fun—and latkes provided by Debra’s Natural Gourmet.

Visit six of Concord’s most beautiful homes, festively decorated for the holiday season. The Tour will highlight historical homes in honor of the approaching 250th anniversary of the American Revolution.

Visit with the Alcotts, their notable neighbors, and faithful friends while they prepare for holiday celebrations. Enjoy interacting with living history portrayers as they share Alcott traditions and savor the cozy, fun-loving ambiance of the household from days gone by. Live music and caroling, theatricals and tableaux, along with take-home craft activities and unique mementos, are all part of this heartwarming experience.
