Select a treat from Concessions, then savor the creativity on display at the Holiday Ceramics Sale, in Open Studios, and at Guest Artisans' tables brimming with pieces ready to become unique, unforgettable gifts for you and your loved ones. The orchestra, conducted by Music Director Zeke Fetrow, performs a program of Zoltan Kodaly’s Dances of Galanta, Nino Rota’s Concerto for Bassoon, Johannes Brahms’ Hungarian Dance No. 5, and Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring. Richard Svoboda joins the orchestra to perform Nino Rota’s Concerto for Bassoon  A pre-concert talk  is scheduled for 7:15pm on Saturday.

Join the Guild of Volunteers for the 15th Annual Holiday House Tour on Saturday, December 6th! A beloved annual tradition, the Holiday House Tour invites ticket-holders to visit six festively-decorated homes throughout Concord, each with their own unique charm and character.

Tickets will go on sale in November.

“They belong only to us” was Clara Schumann’s response upon first listening to Robert Schumann’s Kindersezen, “Scenes from Childhood”, alluding to the tenderness of childhood remembrances and music as a shared experience. CCM piano faculty Kitty Cheung-Evans retells this 1838 work and prompts listeners to create their own stories in this participatory event. Movement titles such as “Dreaming” and “Of Distant Lands” inspire the imaginations of today’s youth and kindle affectionate sentiments of childhood for adults, connecting all listeners with the art of musical interpretation.

Rejoice and be glad, for there is no fruitcake! This year’s event offers an array of storefronts that include Entitlements and Fine Firs, a collection of recently published books and an array of greenery, ornaments, and holiday gear, respectively.     Billed as a “divine” shopping experience with heavenly and heathenly refreshments, Trinity’s Parish Hall and Art Gallery will feature myriad talents of the parish and a collection of titled goods and bespoke service.
