Join the Old Concord Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, for a hands-on Liberty Flag Design Workshop at Fowler Branch Library. Students will learn about Revolutionary-era liberty flags and the story of Concord’s lost Liberty Flag, then use provided art supplies to create their own design. No art experience is needed. This workshop is designed to help students develop ideas for the Concord Liberty Flag Student Design Contest.

Celebrate Concord’s young artists and see how local students reimagined Concord’s lost Liberty Flag. Winning designs from the Elementary, Middle School, and High School divisions will be recognized, along with the Overall Concord Liberty Flag Winner whose design will be recreated as a full-size historical flag. Join us at Concord Scout House for the celebration and view the student exhibition.
